REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Due to the discounted prices of our offerings we do not allow items to be returned. All sales are final so be certain of your purchase before you buy. IF a business has closed, we will issue an in-store credit for the amount paid on certificates purchased one year prior to the business closing.

ADDENDUM: If a business has issued a date that they will no longer accept BBay certificates, there will be NO in-store credit issued after that date.
